Who's on top at PlanetOut?
		 Even faster than it comes up with new business models,
		 Silicon Valley comes up with new titles. Tom Rielly,
		 cofounder of the gay and lesbian online media company
		 PlanetOut, recently decided to step down from the CEO role.
		 (He'd taken on the job after a dramatic rescue operation
		 in January 1997 that extricated the startup from a squabble
		 with its investors.)

		 But clearly, "chairman" wasn't a fabulous enough title.
		 His business card adds "Chief Homosexual Officer," which
		 has a nice ring to it.
