Dear P-I:

I'm confused by a story in Monday's P-I.

Your article states, "The last leader of the world's largest cocaine cartel
turned himself in yesterday, after dodging police for years." It goes on
identify him as Helmer Herrera.

When did Herrera become director of the CIA?  And does this mean our crack
will now come from Southeast Asia?
