I found this when I was browsing the U.S. Patent Office Classifications

Class 231, Subclass 7.

Subject matter under subclass 2.1 wherein the device has a goad which
is electrically charged and which, when placed in contact with an animal,
causes an electric shock to be produced in the animal.
SEARCH CLASS:
273, Amusement Devices: Games, subclass 84 for a club or billy used by
a police officer to provide an electric shock to a human being.
