Hmmm - removes paint, eh?  How long before some creative person gets hold of
one of these little laser gadgets, parks a safe distance from LAPD HQ (the
Neo Classical monolith at the beginning of "DragNet"), and engraves the
word "PUTA" in letters three stories high.

Let's see your anti-grafitti team remove THAT!!!! mwa-ha-ha-ha-haaaa!
