FWIW, Dennis called the DA about that story I sent out
yesterday --- yes, it's true, the guy is a real person,
doing time in the hole for somebody else removing the
batteries from a tone generator.  Moreover, it is also
illegal to posess at least some kinds of equipment that
can be used to commit fraud.  For example, programmable
tone generators.  Casio keyboard, anyone?
