Today (9-21-95) I was watching the windup of the O.J. trial on CNN.
Judge Ito was doing a recipitulation of the defense motions and actions
taken on them.  All motions were labelled D1, D2,....etc..  When Ito
reached D35 (I believe), he stated in court: "Sounds like a Martin
guitar catalog, er...strike that."  It really happened, and I thought
I'd share the chuckle with you all in this usegroup.
