Could medical science develop a method of fetal transplant?
If so, volunteers of the Pro-Life persuasion could receive fetuses
that are not viable on their own. This would be an adoption at
an earlier stage in the baby's development. The genetic mother
would be spared the physical risk of birth, the problems of late
pregnancy, and would be less likely to bond with the fetus than
if they carry it nine months.
It would be especially interesting if the fetal transplant method
worked better transplanting to males. 8-)
