Dear Fun_People,
    Mea culpa.  If you've been noticing erratic double-spacing thrown into the
Fun_People postings and wondering if your mail reader was acting up, wonder no
more.  The problem is with my mail sender - it interprets a trailing space on a
line as a request for an additional blank line.  Unfortunately, some people's
editing software (or maybe it's their editing technique) likes to leave these
trailing spaces and, since they're invisible, I may not notice them.  I've been
trying to incorporate checking for these into some of the other processing that
Fun_Mail routinely goes through (e.g. our large staff of attribution checkers),
but stuff is still slipping through.  It will get better, but in the meantime,
I apologize.
