All this chat about SPAM(tm) reminded me... a few months ago the 
Santa Fe New Mexican (a newspaper) published an article about 
SPAM(tm), recipes, etc. One glorious, full-color picture accompanying 
the article showed an entire wall of a Shiprock, NM, grocery 
store, shelves filled with nothing but SPAM(tm). The store owner 
commented something to the effect that even with this pictured 
quantity he had trouble keeping the stuff in stock, demand from the 
nearby Navajo Reservation being so great. This in an area famed for 
its cattle and sheep production. Go figure...
