"Britons prefer monarchy to fish and chips--barely"
Britain's monarchy rates just ahead of fish and chips in a survey of popular
national institutions.
Asked "what is great about Britain today," 1266 adults placed the countryside
first (51%), followed by heritage and tradition (49%), and the National
Health Service (39%).
The monarchy got 27%, followed by fish and chips with 19%.
Sounds kind of fishy that the royals did that well.

(I wonder if this is a good argument for *our* national health care
advocates!!! --Bob)
