[Now here's a fun_news item that really does what it should - asks the probing
questions that readers would just naturally want answered. It only gets one
thing wrong - it asks the readers! I guess that's what makes it art. -psl]

Here's another Newsquirk from the Sonoma County Independent. I thought you'd
appreciate it.
"Butt Head
After a woman reported that a heavy, sweating man crawled up behind her on his
hands and knees and sniffed her buttocks at the library of California
Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, investigator Ray Berrett
staked out the library and observed a 40-year-old non-student sniff the behinds
of at least seven women." My question is how did he know the man was a
non-student? Also, why didn't he intervene after, say, the first three
sniffings?
