As Internet president for life, I am now ready to make a ruling on
this issue.  All affected countries in the region will now be renamed
according to the following scheme.

	Country code		Was		Now

	.gr			Greece		Fluffy
	.mk			Macedonia	Tibbles
	.tr			Turkey		Fifi
	.si			Solvenia	Rover
	.yu			Yugoslavia	Tyson
	.hr			Croatia		Fido
	.ba			Bosnia		Squiggles
	.cy			Cyprus		Sparky

Leaders of Fluffy and Tibbles are also sentenced to weekly drumming
sessions to improve bonding.  If Tyson doesn't stop picking on Squiggles,
further action may be necessary.  Fifi's continual occupation of parts
of Sparky remains a cause for concern.
