The Army Motto:

    If it moves, shoot it.
    If it doesn't, paint it.

The Dog's Motto

    If it doesn't either move or smell,
    make it either move or smell.


[And one personal law of combat: "If it has words, change it, er, ... I mean,
proofread it."  BTW Dave, you misspelled "combat" - don't worry, I changed, er,
... fixed it.  -psl]
