 It's a Start.  One of the National Performance Review's 
 recommendations to improve customer service:
	"We need not serve customers who are no longer alive."  
	(Recommendation triggered by the fact that some agencies 
	continue to send checks to citizens after they are 
	deceased.)  "Congress should amend the Social Security Act 
	to allow SSA [Social Security Administration] to share death 
	information with other programs."
