        You know those radar traps that snap a photo of your car's license
plate, so all the courts hafta do is track you down and mail you the citation?
Apparently this guy got a ticket for forty bucks in the mail with a photo of
his license attached to it.  He wasn't impressed, so he sent the court a
picture of two twenties in the mail.

        About a week or two later he got another letter from the court:  A
snapshot of a pair of handcuffs.

        I believe he paid the ticket at that point.
