Vetean S.F. hairstylist Louir Troy-Preovolos, having made a proper contribution
to the Republican Party, is now the proud recipient of a "Certificate of
Commendation" signed by Dan Quayle "as a champion of the traditional American
values of family, faith, hard work and morality."   Troy-Preovolos, an
organizer of the first Gay Freedom Day parade, here, or anywhere, is having the
document framed, of course.
