A drunk is sitting at the bar as a woman standing behind him raises her arm
and waves to get the bartender's attention.  She has very hairy armpits.
The drunk notices her signal and yells to the bartender, "Get the ballerina
a drink." She gets her drink and goes away. The bartender asks the drunk
"How do you know this ballerina, anyway?"  The drunk replies "I don't."
"Then, how do you know she's a ballerina?" "She's got to be a ballerina if
she can lift her leg that high."
