"In 1897, one noteworthy felon, an inmate at the Ohio State Penitentiary,
helped design, build, and install its first electric chair.  Later,
convicted of first degree murder and sent back to the prison in 1911, he
was electrocuted in that same chair.  Justice was his name. Charles
Justice."
