How do you know if you're in love, in lust, or really married?

IN LOVE - When your eyes meet across a crowded room.
IN LUST - When your tongues meet across a crowded room.
MARRIED - When your belt won't meet around your waist, and you don't care.

IN LOVE - When nobody else matters.
IN LUST - When nobody else knows.
MARRIED - When everybody else matters and you don't care who knows.

IN LOVE - When breaking up is something you try not to think about.
IN LUST - When staying together is something you try not to think about.
MARRIED - When just getting through today is your only thought.

IN LOVE - When you're interested in everything she/he does.
IN LUST - When you're only interested in one thing.
MARRIED - When you're not interested in what your partner does and the one
thing you're interested in is your golf score (or your computer).

IN LOVE - When your heart flutters everytime you see her/him.
IN LUST - When your groin twitches everytime you see himn/her.
MARRIED - When your wallet empties every time you see her/him.

IN LOVE - When intercourse is called "making love."
IN LUST - All the other times.
MARRIED - What's intercourse?

IN LOVE - When you share everything you own.
IN LUST - When you think twice about giving your partner bus money.
MARRIED - When the bank owns everything.

IN LOVE - When it doesn't matter if you don't climax.
IN LUST - When the relationship is over if you don't climax.
MARRIED - What's a climax?

IN LOVE - When you phone each other just to say, "Hi."
IN LUST - When you phone each other just to organize sex.
MARRIED - when you phone each other to find out when your son's game starts.

IN LOVE - When you write poems about your partner.
IN LUST - When all you write is your phone number.
MARRIED - When all you write is checks.

IN LOVE - When you show concern for your partners' feelings.
IN LUST - When you couldn't care less.
MARRIED - When your only concern is what's on TV.

IN LOVE - When your farewell is "I love you darling...."
IN LUST - When your farewell is "So, same time next week..."
MARRIED - When your farewell is silent.

IN LOVE - When you are proud to be seen in public with her/him.
IN LUST - When you only ever see him/her in the bedroom.
MARRIED - When you never see each other awake.
