Here's some food for thought:

http://www.schoolsucks.com/

SchoolSucks is a web-based repository of term papers - all in
Microsoft Word format - that can be downloaded for FREE. The
site is organized by subject - it is just getting started, so
they don't have many papers on-line yet - it appears that this
site is going to have advertising targeted at a college audience
in order to generate a profit.

This becomes much different than in the past, where a student
would have to purchase a term paper - now one can simply download
a Word file and start editing it.
