I just thought you'd like some feedback on your recent mailing
regarding AOL advertising on the Limbaugh show. Immediately upon
receiving your bit missive, I shot off a protest message to Steve
Case. Today I received the following reply:

     Hi there,

I am responding to your email message on behalf of Steve Case. Thank
you for bringing your concerns about AOL's advertising campaign to our
attention. Our new television ads appear in a variety of programs
throughout the country in a number of different time slots. AOL did
not specifically purchase ad space based on the content of any
specific show and does not agree or disagree with viewpoints expressed
     by the individual programs.

When we became aware that our commercials were being aired on the Rush
     show, we had them pulled.

If you have further comments or questions, please let us know.

     Sincerely,
     Matt Hollingsworth
     Office of Steve Case

Instant results huh? Ain't technology grand!
